Contrary to what most people may think, the person proposing partnerships may not be the broke one, he may just be the person with the most búrning desire to make a certain dream come through.
I had gotten wind of an information a few friends of mine deploy in their country and i wanted to replicate same here, so i had setup a group of about 7 people, majorly friends, including some crypto investors, e-commerce guys, Real estate guys and my dear friend Brian.
The idea we were trying to replicate is simple. Get 10 friends or 20 friends, setup up a joint company together, pool resources together and distribute shares according based on our initial financial offering, say each person commits N10m in a pool of 20 people that’s 200M and each gets 5% shares, then every month we commit a certain amount into it, everyone is a shareholder and have combined authority to it.
Our idea was to buy big distress sales properties, or even secure lands to build shopping malls and schools or even own our estates.
Everyone knows me, i want to make money, i want to retire really early, i want to do big numbers, i want to own a conglomerate or be part of one, i am tired of 100% stake in N1B, i want 10% stake in $10B.
This is one of my burning desires, same burning desire that has saw me cut out frivolities from a young age, building my first house when i was just 21years old irrespective of peer pressure, starting a beautiful family at 24year and still working up till this moment like i have nothing to my name.
I wanted to build systems i could pass on, a subscription-based system, one that all i have to do is increase my value then raise price or increase my customer-base if i want to scale– i was tired of putting in more work just to scale, i wanted to own corporate brands where we can seek for funding easily, growth-rate would be astronomical and the vision will be mindblowing.
This Zeal birthed AgencyCabal, a brand which i know tomorrow would have a back story, a brand that also birthed Blogging Mentorship.
Best is, i want to be known as an authority, few weeks ago, i was paid to be present at a gathering, it felt surreal, it opened my thinking capacity, imagine being paid to be present somewhere, or Just to speak, imagine sleeping and all i have to do is setup few ads to bring in massive sales.
Imagine in my demise, this family company takes proceeds of my subscription based project for life, So many things keeps me awake. I love the vacation, i love the lifestyle, i love the night outings, but i have a purpose and again, i know where i am coming from, i know my background, i want to secure it early, i want to retire early, i don’t want to do certain things at old age, i want to build a system, a known easy-to-transfer system, i want to work with cabals, i want to have a caucus.
Asides from being passionate at writing very relatable and understandable pieces regards blogging and life, Doing that changed my life, i have seen myself learning so much while trying to teach, teaching stretches me to outperform, i don’t want to be lagging behind, this is another reason for the Blogging Mentorship and the passion i hold dear for it, hence i spent tens of thousands of Benjamin Franklin to secure it and brand it.
